Building blockchains in days w/ HyperSDK
Following the development journey of creating high performance blockchains from scratch (GoLang)
The Head of Engineering at Ava Labs is building out virtual machines (VMs) in days using the HyperSDK (GoLang).
This rapid development process has been made possible by the new HyperSDK; allowing developers to quickly and efficiently build and deploy their own custom blockchains on Avalanche. These customizable blockchains can operate as an EVM or customized VM; they can be public or private and are _completely_ interoperable with the main Avalanche network + other subnets, regardless.
Builders can create specific features, deploy with the industry leading scalability and speed and cherish the flexibility to build a truly optimized user experience.
Call to action - Start building today or contribute to the HyperSDK.
HyperSDK allows you to fully build out VMs / blockchains in days rather than months.
Since the SDK launched, Patrick (Head of Engineering at Ava Labs) began building his own VMs in public. All decisions, missteps, and successes documented LIVE for you to follow along and build. Let’s check it out…
(All tweets below are threads! #HyperSDKJournal)
First off.. here’s Patrick explaining the HyperSDK in depth (1/27)
To show developers how to build w/ the HyperSDK, he started with the “TokenVM”. (mint and swap fungible/non-fungible tokens)
He finished in… 24hrs. Now that’s the power of HyperSDK.
YOU can build a _powerful_ blockchain in days, too.
Don’t believe me? 👉
The beauty of it all? It’s open source for anyone to use/iterate/build on. ALL of it, Including the TokenVM.
Now that he merged the repo, what’s next?
Obviously Avalanche Warp Messaging support. 🔺
What does AWM enable?
Move tokens + data between subnets out-of-the-box!🔥
Some updates on AWM integration as we move forward 👇
After some days of testing, AWM is showing insane speed👇
Now Full AWM support is near, but there’s been a new update🚨
